The Heroes Classic Basketball tournament is our way to give our Heroes an opportunity to gather in a competitive environment, while they enjoy camaraderie between peers! Exciting News; At 10am this Saturday January 11th, during the Heroes Classic basketball tournament in Windom, we will have Fire trucks, police cars and we hope a ambulance line with lights and sirens going from the Old Windom bank driving to the Woodshed! Going to be a awesome sight and a lot of fun!!!! Everyone is invite to come out and enjoy the entertainment!!!! The first game tips off at 9am..

Red River Hoops 2nd Annual 3 Point Contest
Jan, 5th HEROES CLASSIC Teams and Times Listed below
Red River Hoops Association will be hosting it’s 1st Annual Heroes Classic 5 on 5 Basketball Tournament in historic Windom, TX on January 5th, 2019.
The intent of this tournament is to honor and thank our police, firefighters, first responders, EMS personnel, and correctional officers for all that they do. Each team will be comprised of the aforementioned individuals. We plan to host this event every year to give these heroes the opportunity to win their department a “Heroes Classic” trophy and the bragging rights for the year.
Right now, we have teams from the following departments: Prosper Fire Department, Grayson- Fannin Corrections, Paris First Responders, and Dallas Police Department with more expressing interest. Everyone is invited to attend to watch these heroes battle it out on the court. Admission will be free for fans and we will have a fully stocked concession.
With your help, we will be able to fill more team slots and spotlight the service that these men and women so graciously provide for the public on a daily basis.
